Fonts

For all designed printed material only the fonts of the Vialog family of the Linotype library are used. It complies the Unicode standard and is based on an extended, standardized character set which supports 48 languanges (including Eastern European special characters). These fonts can be used as OpenType in both Windows and Mac OS.

This font requires a license, - as well as the font for the product brands - which are provided by the Department Communication and Marketing. External users have to purchase a font license.

For optimal readability the text is usually aranged as a left-flush flatter set and CAPITAL CARACTER FONT should be avoided.

For cyrillic texts the similar font to Vialog ITC Officina Sans Cyrillic is used.

For chinese texts the system font SimSun is used.

For greek texts the font ITC Officina Sans Hellenic is used.

For arabic texts please use the font Myriad Arabic or Arial in replacement.

For all computer applications in the Office programmes only the font Verdana hast to be used because of license reasons.
